PAGODA, ST AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA, established 1977, with 13 cottages by the sea, still has nine lesbian residents, as well as friendly straight neighbors. No short term rentals, no community space, no theater bookings, but the little town of Vilano is thriving. Publix coming soon across the street.
